  • 5.Submission to OSC: Submit application to the One-Stop Centre.
  • 6.Conditional Approval: Takes around 3 months; valid for 3 months once issued.
  • 7.Purchase Insurance: Required unless applicant is above 60 years old.
  • 8.Medical Check-up: Basic health screening for principal applicant.
  • 9.Settle Balance & Fees: Pay the remaining balance and government charges.
